Robotics — In preparation
Rover R1
A small ground robot that follows a crop row using camera and GNSS, logs data, and stops safely under all fault conditions.
Why this comes first
R1 is scoped to one task on one crop, with a signed-off requirements sheet covering terrain, speed, payload, run time, cost target and safety limits.
The safety supervisor is written first: emergency stop, geofence, watchdog and remote kill. Not bolted on afterwards.
The exit test is twenty consecutive row passes in a test plot with no safety stops caused by software faults.

Second cluster replication
Replicate the service model in a second cluster — only after repeatability is proven, and only with a field operations lead in place.
