Ifenri

Team

The roles this plan actually requires

Ifenri is at day one with one founder. So this page publishes the roles, the order they are hired in, and what each one is accountable for — not a stage set of invented biographies.

The hiring rule

Do not try to fly, sell, code, repair and design robots alone. Hire so you protect time for strategy and engineering — and hire people who disagree with you.

First six months

Six roles to get to a working hectare

Every role below exists because a specific thing on the critical path cannot be done by anyone else. Roles marked open are not filled.

Hiring order after revenue

Who comes next, and why in that order

Hiring follows revenue, not the reverse. Each role below is unlocked by the one before it proving there is enough work to keep a person busy.

    Embedded and robotics engineer (full-time)

How we hire

What we look for

Willingness to be in the dirt

The field teaches you what to build. Anyone who will not spend real time on farms will design the wrong machine.

Honesty about failure

Every failure and near-miss gets written down. A person who hides a fault is a safety risk, not a team member.

Local repairability instinct

We prefer the engineer who asks 'can a technician in this cluster swap this part?' to the one with the better specification.

Disagreement, respectfully

We hire people who will tell the founder he is wrong, and who can show their working.

Start the conversation

Make food secure and farming profitable — at the same time

Tell us your crop, your hectares and where you lose money today. We will tell you honestly whether Ifenri can improve that hectare yet — and if we cannot, we will say so.

Farmers & cooperatives

Book mapping, scouting or machinery for your cluster. Pilots are paid and measured from the first hectare.

Book a field service

Buyers & processors

Talk to us about reliable, traceable supply and where the loss actually happens in your crop.

Discuss supply

Funders & partners

Read the working plan, the gates, and the unit economics before you commit a naira.
