Processing is capital-heavy and food safety is unforgiving. Ifenri partners first, confirms the food-safety registration path, and only builds when demand and quality are proven.

Conditions we will not skip

  • An anchor buyer or processor signed to written offtake or partnership terms before anything is built
  • Food-safety registration path confirmed with NAFDAC, SON and a food-safety advisor
  • Hygienic facility and quality system: documented procedures, cleaning, pest control, testing, traceable batches and a recall plan
  • Reliable power, and cold chain where the product needs it — solar with battery, or a generator
  • Working capital for inventory and payment cycles; processing is capital-heavy, so partner or lease first
  • Insurance for stock, equipment and product liability
