Post-harvest — Planned
Post-harvest loss baseline
Measure how much of the chosen crop is lost between harvest and sale, and at what moisture, before installing any drying or storage equipment.
Why this comes first
This is deliberately a measurement project, not an equipment project. Baseline first, intervention second.
Drying, storage and sensing are then piloted against that baseline, with loss and price compared before and after.
The pilot stays small and paid. If the numbers do not work, we say so and stop.
