Cutting post-harvest loss
Ifenri Dry & Store
Solar drying and storage with moisture and temperature sensing, measured against a loss baseline taken before we start.
- When it launches
- Year 2–3
- How it is charged
- Per kilogram or per season
- Chain stage
- Stage 2 — Post-harvest
How it works
What you actually get
Stage 2 begins with measurement, not equipment. Ifenri establishes how much is lost between harvest and sale, then pilots drying and storage against that number.
Included
- Solar drying
- Moisture and temperature monitoring
- Loss baseline and reduction measurement
- Spoilage and contamination alerts
- Grading to buyer standards

Platform layers reused
This service will not be built from scratch. It inherits the following, which is why it can be delivered profitably at a low price point.
- Hardware platform
- Data engine
- Financing rails
Conditions we will not skip
- Loss baseline measured before any equipment is installed
- Food-safety and hygiene controls confirmed before handling food-grade produce

The reuse rule
If a new stage would reuse less than about 60% of the platform, it is too early
